Accounts Management Page in Sharingtools

The Accounts Management Page in Sharingtools is a central hub for monitoring, managing, and executing actions on your Instagram accounts. This page provides a detailed view of each account, including status updates, statistics, and bulk actions for efficient management.

Main Sections and Features

  1. Account Overview Panel

    • At the center of the page, each account’s essential details are displayed, including:

      • Profile Information: Displays the Instagram handle, associated email, platform (iOS/Android), and the farm status, which indicates if the account is actively being used on a specific device farm.

      • Account Stats: Key statistics such as the number of posts, followers, and followings. This section allows you to keep track of the account's growth and engagement over time.

      • Farm Status: Shows whether the account is currently logged in and active within the phone farm setup, which is especially useful for monitoring automation status.

      • Last Login Information: Provides the last login date, allowing you to track the account’s activity and identify any potential login issues.

  2. Statistics and Data Collection

    • The statistics section offers views of account data over different periods—weekly, monthly, and yearly. This feature helps you monitor follower growth and engagement trends.

    • View Table: Clicking this option provides a table format of the data, giving you an organized overview of follower counts and engagement trends.

  3. Bulk Actions Panel

    • At the top of the page, a series of bulk action buttons enable efficient management of multiple accounts. These options include:

      • Delete & Re-login Slave Accounts: Removes selected slave (scraper) accounts and reinitiates login for them.

      • Login All Main to Farm: Logs all main accounts into the farm setup, ensuring they are actively managed.

      • Make All Slaves Usable: Enables all slave accounts to begin scraping or supporting main accounts.

      • Refresh Main/Slave Account Proxies: Refreshes the proxy connections for main or slave accounts, which is useful for maintaining a stable and secure connection.

  4. Action Buttons for Each Account

    • Each account has specific action buttons, such as:

      • Edit Profile: Opens a form to update account details.

      • View Timeline: Allows you to check the Instagram timeline directly.

      • Contact RPA Team: Opens a communication channel with the RPA (Real Phone Automation) team for troubleshooting and support.

Account Profile Section

Within the Account Overview Panel, you will find options to manage individual accounts directly. Here’s a closer look at the Edit Data button and Re-login option:

  1. Edit Data Button

    • Located next to the account’s profile picture, the Edit Data button allows you to modify the Instagram details of the selected account. By clicking this, you can update account-specific information, such as username, password, or other settings required for the account to function smoothly within Sharingtools.

  2. Re-login Icon (Arrow Circle)

    • The arrow circle icon next to the account’s profile name initiates a Re-login action for the selected account. This option is useful if the account experiences login issues or if you’ve made updates to the account’s details and need to re-authenticate it in the system.

Three-Dot Menu Options

The Three-Dot Menu provides a range of actions to manage and configure specific settings for each Instagram account. Here’s a breakdown of the options available:

  1. Edit

    • Allows you to modify the account’s details, such as username, password, or other configurations necessary for account details on platform.

  2. Switch Android/iOS

    • Changes the platform setting for the account between Android and iOS. This can be useful for accounts that need to mimic specific device types.

  3. Delete Previous Cookies

    • Removes stored cookies for the account, which can help resolve login issues or refresh the session to avoid caching problems.

  4. Login to Farm

    • Logs the account into the phone farm setup, making it active within the farm for automated actions and management.

  5. Set Private / Set Public

    • Toggles the account’s visibility. Set Private makes the account visible only to followers, while Set Public allows anyone to view the account.

  6. TwoFA Backup Codes

    • Allows you to manage or add backup codes for two-factor authentication, ensuring you can access the account even if primary 2FA methods are unavailable.

  7. Shadow Ban Status

    • Checks if the account is shadow-banned, which is helpful for diagnosing issues with account visibility or engagement.

  8. Switch System Proxy

    • Changes the proxy server used by the account. This is useful for maintaining secure and region-appropriate connections, especially when dealing with multiple accounts.

  10. Login Activity

    • Displays recent login activity for the account, allowing you to monitor access and detect any unauthorized attempts.

  11. Change Password / Update Password

    • Change Password is used to update the password within Sharingtools, and Update Password syncs any changes made directly on Instagram.
