How to check freezed & Stucked accounts?

When your account is stucking on Hypervoter Pro, you need follow this steps.

Check Account and Scrapers Proxies & Sessions.

First of all you need check your accounts and your scrapers sessions and proxies. On accounts page we have button to refresh login session, with this button. After this, if it is giving "ops error, something went wrong" or timeout problem on website, clean your BROWSER cookies and refresh page. After that, go back to accounts page again.

When you got timeout or another proxy problem there is option to switch better, faster proxy. On your account card click to this 3 dot menu, and choose Switch System proxy option. after this

you need approve proxy change and then, you need click this button again, after refresh your account, you can go back to your hypervoter pro process and start it. Dont forget to check your scrapers also. They can also have some session or proxy problems and it can cause to freeze.

Proxy is ok, session is ok but still freeze, stuck on process?

On this scenario, we suggest to enable debug mode on Hypervoter Pro setting. Then, watch your process logs on Activity log side. After that, find where account is freezing. If it is freezing on target scrape process and showing this message and dont go to next step since 10-20 minute, it mean it stucked on target, due to target is bad. You need remove this target from target list and then restart your process. If you got different stuck on process you can report your problem to www.sharingtools.services support team.
