# Direct manager

Direct Manager provides dm management for you on SharingTools, you can mute, delete and reply to your direct messages.

**You will see a list of your accounts by going to the Direct Manager tab, which is located on the left panel.** \
*First, you need to select the account you need.*\
**After that, all your messages and requests will be available to you.**

**▪️You can search for messages using the search and enable the filters&#x20;**<mark style="color:purple;">**“Unread”**</mark>**&#x20;and&#x20;**<mark style="color:purple;">**“General”.**</mark>
